- 【Visual function training alphabet】Apply the principle that retinal cone cells in the fundus can distinguish the visual angle of objects to design alphabets with different sizes of large and small fonts.
- 【Binocular adjustment training】Simulates the adjustment function of the eyes, relaxes and adjusts when looking far away, and uses adjustment when looking near, effectively balancing the power of far and near adjustment, and improving the amplitude and speed of adjustment.
- 【Near sight mark (small alphabet)】Consists of 100 numbers or text sight marks, divided into 10 rows, 10 in each line, held 40cm in front of the eyes.
- 【Distant sight mark (large alphabet)】Consists of 100 numbers or text sight marks, 10 in each row, 10 rows in total, placed at a distance of 3m (place the distance sight mark card on the wall at the same level as the eyes, That is, highly consistent).
- 【Applicable patients】Patients with glasses with problems such as lower than normal adjustment range, lower than normal positive and negative relative adjustment (NRA/PRA), advanced adjustment, and poor adjustment flexibility.
Instructions:
1. Focus on the first line of the small alphabet, keep it clear, and read each letter in turn. While reading, move the small alphabet closer until it is blurry, and then move it 2.5cm farther away (the 2.5cm move away is not a specific value, just move it A little further away to achieve the clearest view, just keep it at this position), keep this distance.
2. Read each letter of the second row of the large/small alphabet alternately from near to far. /3. After completing the second row, move the small alphabet back to 40cm.
3. Focus on the third line of the small alphabet, keep it clear, and read each letter in turn. While reading, move the small alphabet closer until it is blurry, then move it slightly farther away to a clear position, and keep this distance.
4. Read each letter of the fourth row of the large/small alphabet alternately, and repeat the above actions until 10 rows are completed.
5. Read the large/small alphabet alternately (the reading distance is consistent with the age), keep it clear, and can alternate 10 times per minute.
